Delete your Hazumo account

Hazumo, the workout and rep counting app

In the app

1. Open Hazumo and go to Profile.
2. In the Account row, tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your account and your synced data from our database at once, then signs you out. The workout log on your phone stays until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

By email

If you no longer have the app, or want saved test sets deleted too:

1. Email privacy@hazumo.app with the subject "Delete my Hazumo account".
2. Send it from the Google account email you sign in with, so we know the account is yours.
3. We confirm by email when the account is deleted.

You can also ask us to delete only your synced workout data and keep the account.

What we delete

• Your account: name, email address, Google account ID and profile picture link.
• Your synced workout log, plans and plan answers.
• Any sets you chose to save with the Saving switch in a test build.

By email, we delete them within 30 days. We keep nothing after that, except what the law requires us to keep.

Data on your phone

Data stored only on your phone is not on our servers. Remove it by clearing Hazumo's data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
